Saida’s dancing combines a throbbing energy, controlled only by her flawless technique. She is most notable for her extremely elegant ability to mix grace, sensuality and true passion. Her broad technique range comes from a thorough knowledge of other dance forms such as jazz, new age, afro and latino.
From the start of her career, Saida is committed to encourage a wider and deeper understanding of oriental dance and culture. She organizes live flamenco fiestas, which have prompted the local media to promote this dance via many articles and television programs. She also presides over the Oriental Dance Festival in Poland ‘Novaorient’, which was the first to introduce Polish audiences to famous artists such as Khaled Mahmoud, thus creating a unique opportunity for people to experience this relatively new art form in Poland.
In 2007 Saida was one of the main editors to first publish in her country a book about oriental and Arabic dance entitled ‘Belly dancing – The Orient’s elixir of life’
Her workshops are internationally renowned for combining clear technical instruction and an opportunity to explore traditional meaning behind each dance movement. Saida was named ‘Best Dance Instructor’ in the ‘Women’s entertainment guide’ at the PROGERESSteron Festival.
Her students themselves continue to promote the art and spirit of oriental dance by teaching and conducting workshops throughout Poland.
